The UNLESA Rome founded on 8 June 2007 by UN-spouses has two main mandates:
1. To help the families of international professional staff to settle in, and 2. To support their spouses to find jobs.
To help newcomers to Rome to settle in
This service reaches out to re-assigned and newly appointed staff to one of the Rome based UN-agencies and Bioversity International while they are still in the country of departure!
